Who we are

A Personnel Solution was formed 10 years ago with the sole purpose of presenting legally essential and operationally needed employment policies, procedures, letters and forms to managers and employers, whatever the size of the company.

Behind A Personnel Solution is a team of commercial and professionally seasoned managers, partners and directors who have spent years working in the private and public sectors, dealing with a whole range of people issues at every level. The Directors are members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  We have personally worked these documents and we know first hand the huge value and reassurance of having them readily available. Our aim is to continually provide a total quality and exceptional value service based on our experience and expertise!

Why we exist

We recognised it is not just the resources needed to prepare the documents but understanding and applying employment law in the workplace can be a nightmare. From our substantial experience we understand the challenges for any employer who has to make sense of employment law when managing staff.
